Over two decades experience in the managerial role in the financial fields and real estate industry, Sam provides leadership, direction and administration with regards to all aspects of his brokerage. He has not only focused on local markets and communities, but also promoted Canada real estates in Hong Kong and China. Sam is a graduate of York University and The University of Winnipeg where he holds double Bachelor’s degrees of Arts and Science, major in Mathematics and Statistics. Sam achieved the highest standard academic results and was awarded a Gold Medal in Mathematics on his convocation ceremony.
